SuperBam is a leading content monetization company that helps creators and media publishers identify and program their content across digital platforms through our best-in-class digital rights management and audience development services.

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to provide essential support to our Channel Management team in executing digital content strategies and social media operations. This entry-level to mid-level position serves as the tactical execution arm of our content marketing initiatives, handling day-to-day operations while enabling Channel Managers to focus on strategic planning and relationship management.

Working closely with Channel Managers, you will coordinate multi-platform content scheduling, assist with creative development, and ensure seamless execution of our digital marketing campaigns across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.

The ideal candidate combines creative skills with organizational excellence, bringing 1-2 years of digital marketing experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This role offers significant growth potential with clear advancement pathways to specialist and management positions.

This is a remote position but candidates are required to be located in CA or NY.

Responsibilities

Content Management & Scheduling

  • Execute content scheduling across multiple digital channels using social media management platforms
  • Support Channel Managers with content calendar development and maintenance
  • Coordinate with Monday.com and other project management systems to track content schedules and deliverables
  • Ensure brand consistency and platform-specific optimization for all published content
  • Monitor publishing workflows and troubleshoot scheduling issues

Creative Support & Content Development

  • Create and modify thumbnails for video content across platforms, particularly YouTube
  • Assist with post copy development, ensuring brand voice consistency and platform best practices
  • Support creative concept development and paper editing processes for client projects
  • Collaborate with design team on visual content creation and optimization
  • Adapt existing content for multiple platform formats and specifications

Project Coordination & Administrative Support

  • Assist Channel Managers with project timeline management and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between creative, strategy, and client service teams
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and client communication records
  • Support campaign planning meetings with agenda preparation and follow-up task management

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor performance across all platforms
  • Compile weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Track engagement metrics, reach, and conversion data using platform analytics
  • Support A/B testing initiatives for content optimization
  • Assist with data analysis and insight generation for strategic planning

Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content coordination
  • Demonstrable experience managing social media accounts or content creation projects

Technical Skills

  • Adobe Creative Suite proficiency required: Intermediate Photoshop skills for graphic creation and photo editing; basic to intermediate Premiere Pro capabilities for video editing
  • Experience with social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Monday.com experience strongly preferred, or similar project management tool proficiency
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization
  • Familiarity with YouTube Analytics and social media platform analytics

Platform Expertise

  • YouTube: Understanding of video optimization, thumbnail creation, and YouTube Analytics
  • Facebook/Instagram: Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Stories, Reels, and Feed management
  • TikTok: Knowledge of short-form video creation, trend identification, and platform-specific editing
  • Experience with cross-platform content adaptation and optimization
  • Understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithm considerations

Rate: $25/hour, 40 hours per week
